The layered sheaf gives you so many options.  For a full coffin top of beautiful flowers go for 4 sheaves (approximately 190cm).  For a simple yet stunning tribute go for one (approximately 70cm) or two or three.  Each sheaf can then be given to mourners to take away and enjoy after the ceremony.
